About This Role

Hey. We're Scholera.

We're a small team building an AI-native Learning Management System. The kind where opening the app actually feels useful and not just a to-do list with a due date attached.

We're early. We're moving fast. And we need someone to own the mobile experience.

That someone might be you.

What you'll actually do

• You're not here to fix button colors. You're building the thing.
• Build and ship cross-platform features for iOS and Android (React Native or Flutter)
• Integrate AI directly into the mobile experience — not as a chatbot popup, but as something that actually feels natural
• Design and manage the app's database layer — structure, queries, performance
• Work directly with the founding team on product decisions

Ship features that real students and professors use, get feedback, iterate.

And yes , it's a startup.

Some days you're deep in mobile architecture. Other days you might be hopping on a call with a university, helping think through a demo, writing a quick post about what we built, or stress-testing the app at midnight before a pitch. You'll wear a lot of hats. It's a lot of fun. You'll grow fast.

What we're looking for

• Solid with React Native or Flutter, you've shipped something
• Strong database fundamentals - you know how to structure data, not just query it
• You ship things. You don't wait around to be told what to do.

Any experience level - attitude and execution over credentials

Compensation

Paid and unpaid tracks available. Equity on the table for the right long-term fit. Let's talk.
